01What is your minimum order quantity?
One piece. Workshops can order a single unit; distributors get better pricing on mixed or bulk orders.
02How do I make sure the part fits my car?
Send us the OE number, the transmission code or the VIN, plus a photo of the old part label. We match it and send you photos of the real item before you pay.
03What is the difference between new, remanufactured and used?
New parts are brand new. Remanufactured parts are rebuilt and tested to work like new, at a lower price. Used parts are tested original units. We always state the condition in the quotation.
04Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Depending on the product and condition, warranty runs from 3 to 12 months. The exact term is written on your quotation.
05How are parts tested and shipped?
Every unit is tested before it leaves our warehouse, then packed in foam and a strong carton. We ship worldwide by express courier or through your own forwarder.
06Can I pay through Alibaba?
